2023 Fall Semester Scholarship Renewal Form

If you have maintained a 3.75 cumulative GPA while receiving the DRC scholarship, (NOTE: 3.5 cumulative GPA if you are a recipient PRIOR to the 2021 Spring Semester) please complete this form and submit it along with an official sealed transcript. These must be emailed no later than June 9th, 2023.
